India is a diverse country in all terms like religion, festivals, food, attire, weather, tropical, range and so on. 

Due to different climatic conditions, we are fortunate enough to have a wide range of plantations.

But, here I am going to inform you about the Indian gooseberry, also known as Amla.

It can be partially attributed to its high vitamin C content.

It is a Fast-growing, a small deciduous shrub growing about 4 to 6 ft in height.

It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. 

Today people still use this fruit to make medicines.

It also helps to cure many diseases like diabetes, pain, and swelling of the pancreas, cancer, obesity, and a skin disorder. 

It also used to kill germs and reduce pain by the body’s reaction to injury or illness.

Amla acts as a diuretic agent and is there thought to enhance our digestive system.

This fruit also escalates vitality, aids, in vision care and promotes heal their hair.

The fruit is light green in color and extremely sour in taste.

These Indian gooseberries are low in calories, with 100 grams of the fruit containing only 44 calories.

It contains 80% of water, protein minerals, and also high levels of folic acid.
It is a natural immune booster.

It has potent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Because of all these qualities, it is one of the affordable, easily available fruit, common people use it anonymously.
