• In the age, when everyone plans to run behind money my plan is to make sure that I am fit and healthy as one has rightly said that health is wealth.

• If a person is healthy, he could give their best in their work whenever needed with, concentration and dedication.

• Moreover, in this fast-paced world, all are too busy in their lives that they have no time to pay attention to health and a lot of time on exercises to keep themselves fit and healthy.

• Being a multi-spectrum doctor I pay special attention to my health so every week for at least 3-4 days I do a hardcore workout for a minimum of 30-45 minutes.

• Apart from it I also am active in outdoor sports activities running walking and sometimes I even do yoga when I get time as it is quite time-consuming if done properly.

• Yoga has been researched extensively and can be recommended to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve some medical conditions as well along with doctors prescribed medication and guidance, Yoga is considered to be a low-impact activity that can provide the same benefits as “any well-designed exercise program, increasing general health and stamina, reducing stress, and improving those conditions brought about by sedentary
lifestyles”.

• It is particularly promoted as a physical therapy routine, and as a regimen to strengthen and balance all parts of the body.

• My first experience in yoga was because of my sister she used to go there and I also went because of her I tried different types of yoga under the guidance of a wonderful tutor who was quite knowledgeable and skilled in it.

• Generally speaking, to be extremely skilled one should start yoga at a very early age but I started quite late so there were so many exercises I couldn’t perform because of the lack of flexibility needed for it.

• But I believe even if u can’t do it like pros you should still do it occasionally for the benefits it provides.
