Describe a situation when you were not allowed to use cell phone.
Where was it?
When was it?
Why you were not allowed?
What did you want to do with your cell phone?
In this paradigm shift, cell phones have become an inevitable part of our routine.
Today no one can think of a life without this boon.
In our life, we experience so many places where the use of a cell phone is strictly prohibited, like temples, hospitals.
Here, I would like to talk about a situation when I was not allowed to use cell phones.
Last week, my elder sister had come from overseas to spend a few days with us and do some shopping for her daughter’s wedding.
She and my family decided to go to the Iscon temple, which is in my hometown on the weekend.
I remember vividly to enter the main building there was a long queue.
Even our turn came after one hour’s wait.
When I just entered in the main worship hall, my phone started ringing.
All turned to look at me as if I had committed a crime of bomb blast.
I had forgotten to turn my cell phones off.
There were notices all around that cell phones had to be turned off as it creates the disturbance people when they are worshiping God and spoils the divine atmosphere.
I felt very embarrassed.
It was a call from my boss but was not able to attend it as using the phone in Temple was strictly prohibited
Soon, I received a text to call him; he wants to discuss something important.
Quickly, I complete my worship and move out of the temple and called him back.
That was the situation when I was not allowed to use the cell phone.
