o To be honest I have so many things I do to waste my time when I have no idea what I should do.
o But out of all activities where I spend my most time-wasting is mobile games but I only do it when I am bored and it keeps me occupied so it works out well in the end.
o I generally play it during the night or when I am bored and need to keep myself occupied or else, I would feel sleepy.
o I feel they are wasteful because they don’t achieve my intended purpose.
o I think I play them to relieve my stress, but actually, I end up feeling more stressed after playing them.
o The thrill of the win makes me play more and thus I end wasting hours on it, which in the end stresses me.
o Losing, on the other hand, makes me feel incompetent, which again ultimately makes me feel Stressed.
o However, more than anything, I think it is a waste because it doesn’t have any profit for me in any way.
o Rather I lose out on a lot of important things in life because of playing these games.
o I feel like I might spend more time with my family if I didn’t play them.
o I could also be doing some outdoor activities or going to the gym instead, which would be beneficial for me from a health perspective.
o Another hobby I had in my childhood was reading books, but lately, I have started finding them boring too unless it is really interesting.
o Reading novels always improved my mood because I felt I gained something after reading them but these days I am just too tired of everything especially reading kinds of stuff.
o It didn’t matter whether it was fiction or non-fiction.
o But it’s not like I do it because I want to since most of my friends have moved out it’s quite boring when I am free so I end up doing this activity to occupy myself.
o Plus, lately, I have realized that people only gossip about others and it’s not always a good talk and I am not like that I don’t like bad-mouthing about others so I always skip out on such conversation and play games instead.
o I do enjoy them but only when I have a holiday or free time during other times, they just keep me occupied, I also believe that there are people who are really able to enjoy games and feel better after playing them.
o Then, there are others who are actually able to make money by playing video games.
o For them, it is not a waste of time, but for me, it certainly is as it has nothing in it for me.
